Charity Grants HQ provides professional proposal drafting, funder research, needs assessments, and organizational development consulting.
No Guarantee of Funding: While our proposals are prepared to rigorous professional standards aligned with published funder rubrics, funding decisions rest exclusively with independent funder committees and trustees. Charity Grants HQ does not, and cannot, guarantee that any given grant application will be funded.
In accordance with the code of professional conduct of the UK Institute of Fundraising (MInstF), Charity Grants HQ does not accept contingency, percentage-of-grant, or commission-based fee arrangements. Professional consulting time is billed on agreed fixed or milestone terms.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all financial records, governance assertions, community evidence, and quotes supplied to Charity Grants HQ for incorporation into grant bids are truthful, accurate, and up-to-date. The client’s trustees retain ultimate statutory responsibility for any application formally submitted in their name.
All course materials, video lectures, guides, and ebooks (including “How to Write Successful Applications & Proposals for Grants” and “Writing for Grants Made Easy eCourse”) are protected by copyright law. Purchased access is granted for single-organisation or individual educational use and may not be redistributed, resold, or published publicly without prior written consent.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
