A specialist nonprofit advisory consultancy based in Romford, Essex, supporting charities, voluntary associations, and NGOs across the United Kingdom and Africa to build lasting fiscal stability.
We operate on the belief that community leaders with transformative ideas should never fail due to confusing bureaucratic jargon or lack of institutional grant-seeking experience.
Charity Grants HQ exists to bridge the gap between passionate grassroots leaders and the rigorous expectations of grant makers. We believe every viable community initiative deserves clear, professional guidance to articulate its value and access life-changing capital.
To make the process of writing for grants less complicated for beginners, and to help those struggling with proposal rejections discover the proven formula for credible, funder-aligned applications that secure awards.

We specialise in supporting community groups, registered charities, and non-governmental organisations (NGOs) navigating both domestic UK funding frameworks and international development opportunities.
From our base in Romford, Essex, we support local community associations, youth initiatives, BAME mental health hubs, and charities across Greater London and England. We prepare rigorous applications for major UK statutory and trust funders.
We assist indigenous NGOs and UK-based diaspora charities running education, healthcare, clean water, and micro-enterprise programmes in Ghana, West Africa, and across the African continent. We tap into international philanthropic foundations and bilateral donor streams.
As an accredited member of the UK Institute of Fundraising (MInstF), Charity Grants HQ does not work on a commission or percentage-of-grant basis. Grants are charitable assets designated by funders for project delivery. Our services are billed transparently on professional consulting fee terms, ensuring regulatory compliance, integrity, and non-profit protection at all times.
