The Challenge
La Mansaamo Kpee is an established community development association registered as an NGO in Accra, Ghana. The association sought to address severe educational disparities in primary schools across the La community, particularly around girls' literacy, STEM education, and women’s economic empowerment.
International philanthropy competitions are intensely competitive and require rigorous scientific, educational, and econometric justification under rigid submission deadlines.
Our Advisory Approach
The chair of trustees contracted Elisha Fiador to lead the development of two major international bids. Working directly with trustees, local school headteachers, and educational researchers, Elisha drafted comprehensive proposals linking community micro-enterprise to sustainable educational bursaries for underprivileged girls.
Both submissions incorporated detailed monitoring schedules, econometric baseline indicators, and community empowerment frameworks tailored to the standards of global philanthropic institutions.
